HIMSS Evening Event at TopgolfΒ 

The Challenges

  • ESG knows fun–after all, it’s one of our brand values that we hold near and dear to our hearts. So when a client asks us to create an evening event that will be fun and engaging to all customers and partners in attendance, we take the idea and run with it.
  • In the case of the HIMSS evening event, held in Las Vegas, the objectives also included tying in a Vegas theme and creating a seamlessly branded space.

Our Solution

  • We chose to book private event space at Topgolf, a popular destination that would include diverse entertainment options for attendees.
  • We brought the space to life and created an exclusive and fully immersive Lenovo brand experience. Β This included branding with custom floor clings, bar top covers, tabletop logos and large HD screens on the course displaying Lenovo and Intel logos.
  • To make the evening event even more memorable, ESG booked Orbit 360, a 360-degree video booth with custom Vegas themed backdrops for a fresh take on a photo booth.
  • Three classic Vegas impersonators entertained and mingled with partygoers, adding to the Vegas theme.
  • Giant cornhole and ping pong tables added an additional entertainment option for guests.

The Results

  • For the 354 Lenovo customers and partners in attendance, the evening event provided a much-needed celebratory break from a long day on the HIMSS show floor.
  • ESG was able to maintain client goals of keeping a fully branded space and provide fresh options for Vegas-themed entertainment.
